Phase 2
Weeks 4-10

Event Instrumentation Implementation

Goal:
Build a scalable tracking system that integrates seamlessly with product and growth strategies.

Design & implement a scalable event tracking framework
Define 30-50 key product events mapped to retention, activation, and engagement KPIs.
Standardize event naming conventions & properties.
Set up tracking consistency across Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.

Implement & QA event tracking with engineers
Collaborate with engineering teams to instrument events correctly.
QA event firing in staging & production to ensure data accuracy.
Pipe key events into a CDP (Segment) or data warehouse if applicable.

 Build analytics dashboards
Design & implement Mixpanel/Amplitude dashboards for:
Feature adoption (how users interact with new features).
Retention & engagement (cohort analysis, LTV tracking).
Experiment tracking (A/B test performance).
